Ninety Degrees Architects is a Wimbledon-based practice, founded in early 2019. With a strong understanding of both London and the South West of England, the practice is building a reputation for innovative residential design. James, the founder and director of Ninety Degrees Architects, studied architecture at Kingston University under the guidance of esteemed architects Daniel Rosbottom and Andrew Haughton. His early work explored concept designs ranging from an art gallery in New York and a residential community in Naples to the revitalization of vineyards on Pico Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

With a career rooted in high-end residential design and real estate development, James has extensive experience working with existing buildings, conservation projects, and new builds. He has also worked on commercial and retail developments, including shopping centres and retail stores.
